Masala Eggs & Air-Fried Spiced Chicken

📝 Ingredients

  • 150g boneless chicken breast
  • 1 tbsp curd (yogurt)
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder (or paste)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/4 capsicum, chopped
  • 1 green chili, finely chopped (optional, for spice)
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • Pinch of red chili powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp butter

📋 Instructions

  1. 1 Marinate Chicken: In a bowl, mix curd, garlic powder, pepper, and salt. Coat chicken breast and set aside for 10–15 minutes.
  2. 2 Air Fry Chicken: Preheat air fryer to 180°C (350°F). Place marinated chicken in the basket and cook for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway. Check for doneness.
  3. 3 Boil Eggs: Meanwhile, boil 2 eggs. Once done, peel and cut them in half.
  4. 4 Make Masala Egg Stir: In a pan, melt 1 tsp butter. Add chopped garlic, green chili, onions, and capsicum. Sauté until slightly golden. Gently place egg halves (cut side down) and lightly fry for 1–2 minutes. Remove eggs and spoon remaining masala-butter over the air-fried chicken.
  5. 5 Serve: Plate chicken and eggs side by side. Garnish with chopped coriander or a dash of lemon juice (optional).
